The patches can be used to provide soothing warmth across areas such as the lower abdomen, back, neck and shoulders. Simply open the pouch to activate the self-warming process, attach the patch to your clothing or underwear and let the gentle heat do the rest.

The patch begins warming within minutes and reaches a maximum temperature of approximately 50°C in around 30 minutes, providing long-lasting warmth for up to 10 hours.

How to use:

1. Tear open the pouch to activate the self-warming process.

2. Remove the patch and peel away the backing strip.

3. Stick the patch to your clothing or underwear — never directly onto your skin.

• Do not use on the face, broken skin, bruises or swelling.

• Do not use on thin or delicate fabrics as the adhesive may cause damage.

• Do not use if the patch is punctured, leaking, damaged or torn.

• Do not use on infants, children or anyone unable to remove the patch themselves.

• Consult your doctor before use if pregnant, diabetic, experiencing circulation issues, nerve damage, a skin condition or an allergy to sticking plasters.

• Stop using immediately if skin sensitivity occurs or the patch becomes uncomfortably hot.

• Heating patches may cause skin irritation, burns or blisters.

• For external use only. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• If contents come into contact with skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water. If swallowed, rinse the mouth with water and contact a poison control centre immediately.
